Hello you hard-working gnomes, our Christmas dinner today was awesome, you would have loved to bathe in the jus. We hope to visit you in the restaurant soon and enjoy your delicacies, hold on and stay healthy.

The "veal knuckle to go" is very easy to make at home and really tasty!

The schnitzel with its own Lugana was also delicious .... The only drawback: the anchovies were missing. Swam over it. Was just good ....

Due to the corona, the duck box was chosen to take away. Actually a great thing - simply prepare a really nice, super delicious meal at home after it has been freshly prepared shortly beforehand. The team there is also extremely personable. Absolute tip! We will definitely be back.

Probably the best Wiener Schnitzel in Düsseldorf. The service is great and the atmosphere is very nice. Even in summer outside (even if you have to be a city kid to want to sit outside on a traffic axis) it was a really nice evening.

For me one of the best restaurants in town. Which is mainly due to the two owners. Everything that Ruben conjures up in the kitchen is already terrific and is only surpassed by the excellent service by the boss herself. In combination, the two are unbeatable .... ??

Delicious Austrian cuisine with new interpretations. If quality is important, a pleasant ambience and excellent food are desired, then you should visit Rubens. An extensive wine list with many options from Austria (e.g. Grüner Veltliner ...) and other countries.

Unfortunately you cannot give more stars that they certainly deserve, a culinary surprise that is well worth eating here. Reservation is important. We have taken the surprise menu which was a taste sensation.

If there were 6 stars ... Here it is appropriate Tafelspitz in perfection! Just great Daaaaaanke!

The food and service is excellent. A really successful concept and one of the best Kaiserschmarrn I've eaten - great craft! Keep it up, we'll be back.

How to describe Rubens ?! Hearty, light, rustic or fine, very difficult, because the Rubens is my first place where all attributes fit at the same time. Definitely great Austrian cuisine and that far from Vienna. Thanks for the tip, Antenne Düsseldorf team, also our new favorite restaurant. ❤️

Nice, attentive service and very tasty food! Were there for the first time and all distance rules and hygiene regulations were implemented in an exemplary manner. Unfortunately we have experienced how guests behaved very outrageously about the service. They were asked to sit at a two table because the large one was reserved for a group of 5 people. The couple threw the napkin on the floor and loudly insulted the nice waitress. Fortunately, they left. Nobody needs such guests. Admirable how calm the waitress stayed.

Have eaten excellent here. The masked service was perfect, the wines selected and tempered to the point. Great bread selection to start with. I had the crispy roasted pork belly as a starter. Delicious! We also loved the main course and dessert. We sat very nicely in the vinotheque. Come again!

In advance: this will certainly not be a cheap evening - but a real highlight, as we found. Great food, great wines, the atmosphere modern and cozy and the service very friendly! The Austrian tapas are highly recommended! It was definitely not our last time here.

The best restaurant I know Dusseldorf. The surprise menu is highly recommended. Everything is perfect, from service to kitchen. We look forward to the next visit.

Please order the 48-hour Pork Belly in Plum BBQ sauce. Amazing! And the Wiener Schnitzel too!

Just nailed it in all aspects. Fairly new in town (Oct/2019) but what an enrichment to it! ... Vienna schnitzel of its best (as you would expect) but going above and beyond on friendly staff and atmosphere.

We had a great evening at Rubens. The food is made with love and the service pays great attention to detail. The atmosphere is cozy and modern. The “private” rooms on the lower floor are also cool for birthdays and private celebrations. Super restaurant with great service and for me the best schnitzel in Düsseldorf.

Finally there is a great Austrian restaurant in Düsseldorf! Really very traditional dishes very well implemented. Price / performance is absolutely justified. For the money you can get a lot on your plate. We would love to come back.
